Frida

Medrano Cebrián

(Galindez, Medrano & Asociados's Partner)

Economist and former Head of Transfer Pricing for Panama’s Tax Administration. +5 years of experience in handling large company audits, disputes, and other transfer pricing matters. Frida worked in the implementation of transfer pricing rules and processes at Panama’s Tax Administration. During her time in the Tax Administration, she was the delegate for the Working Party 6 on the taxation of multinational enterprises at the OECD, which develops the OECD Guidelines on Transfer Pricing. She has participated in transfer-pricing-specific courses and programs from the OECD, UN, WB, IDB and CIAT and has been professor, speaker and panelist in various governmental, and educational events and courses.

José Luis

Galíndez Narváez

PhD in Tax Law with +15 years of experience in transfer pricing and international taxation. He worked in the application of transfer pricing rules at Panama’s Tax Administration (2015-2017). Jose’s PhD thesis emphasizes transfer pricing approaches concerning the oil industry (Venezuela Case). In the past, he led large company audits in transfer pricing for the Venezuelan Tax Administration. He has been speaker in events of CIAT, ICC, IFA, OECD, and UN.
